Kiliman Cultural Tourism picked us up from the airport in the afternoon and took us to their beautiful village where we started off with a delicious lunch. The tour then started with a walk through the hillside forest passing banana trees, raspberry bushes, and most importantly, coffee plants!

"My friend and I did their coffee tour in January. It was a great way to get a glimpse into the "real" Tanzania - which is very different to the safaris and trekking. We were picked up from our hotel in Moshi and taken up into the communities on the slopes above the town where we met our guide Idi. Idi took us through the whole coffee process which was very interesting, we got to meet one of the families growing the coffee, see their coffee and pick some of their beans.

"My experience with Kiliman Cultural Tourism on the Materuni Waterfall day trip was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we were picked up, the team was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The hike to the waterfall was breathtaking, with lush scenery and engaging insights about the Chagga culture shared along the way."

Reaching Materuni Waterfall was a moment of pure awe – the falls are majestic, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect escape into nature. I also loved the local coffee-making experience, which gave the trip a unique cultural touch. This tour was well-organized, safe, and rich with authentic Tanzanian charm. I highly recommend Kiliman Cultural Tourism to anyone looking to explore the beauty and heritage of the Kilimanjaro region!"
