Real Coffee Tour

Don’t just wonder about the origins of coffee or beans. Stay with the small farmers on the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Guided by a local coffee farmer Will lead you to explore how Organic coffee is tended.

Coffee farms in Moshi Kilimanjaro.

Visiting Days and Hours

Monday-Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00

Main Activities During the Tour
  • An excursion to a nearby coffee farm
  • Coffee berry picking and pulping
  • Explanation about organic coffee farming and Fair-trade standards
  • Processing of the coffee from beans to cup
  • Coffee drinking at the farm
  • Banana beer drinking at the farmer (on request)

Activity:Coffee Tour

The guests will do an excursion to a nearby coffee farm by picking the coffee berry and pulping. After all the process your tour will end by making your own cup of coffee in a local way.
After the Coffee tour and the hot local lunch, the guests will test the Banana beer at the Camp (on request)

This tour takes 2 to 3 hours
