On arrival, you will be welcomed by our staff. Park your luggage in the tents. Have a cup of coffee then a short briefing.
Dinner and overnight.
After breakfast around 10:00hrs, you will do a coffee tour for 3 hours. Here you will learn all about coffee from the seed to a cup of coffee on a farm in a local way. After the coffee tour for 2 to 3 hours walk back to the camp for the hot local lunch.
In the afternoon walk to the Chagga house where you will experience the real local life of the Chagga people before they start to use the modern house. From there you will have a chance to visit the Chagga cave where our king used to hide during the tribe war.
Back to the camp for dinner and overnight.
This morning, after breakfast you will start walking beside the forest (you are not allowed to enter the forest unless you pay the recommended fees). The walk is for 3 hours.
Having a hot local lunch then going to Materuni waterfall to swim and relax after the long walk.
